Request account deletionEmail request to support@blitza.featurestacker.com
What to include
Send the email or phone number used for the account, the event name if known, and whether the request is for a payer, seller, organiser, or support account. We may ask for additional proof to confirm your identity and authority to close the account.
Do not include passwords, invitation tokens, payment-provider secrets, card numbers, CVVs, or seller bank details.
What deletion covers
After the request is verified, Blitza starts deletion or de-identification of account profile data, device bindings, active sessions, support contact data, and operational records that are no longer required.
Closing an account can remove future access to event wallets and transaction history. Resolve any open payment, refund, or dispute questions before requesting deletion where possible.
What may be retained
Ledger, payment, settlement, dispute, fraud-prevention, audit, tax, and regulatory records may be retained when required. Where possible, retained records are minimized, de-identified, or access-restricted instead of keeping unnecessary personal information.
Ledger entries are not hard-deleted when doing so would break transaction integrity or the event audit trail. Retained records remain event-scoped and are not used to make wallet value portable across events.
