The Blitza service
Blitza provides wallets for approved events. Wallet value belongs to one event and can be spent only with sellers approved for that event. It cannot be transferred to another event and is not a way to purchase digital content or app features.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and device access secure and for giving accurate information during account or event setup. Do not share passwords, invitation links, activation codes, or device credentials with anyone who is not authorized to use them.
Event organisers control which sellers and devices are approved for their event. Blitza may restrict access when an account or device presents a security, fraud, or operational risk.
Funding, spending, and refunds
Funding is credited only after a verified payment-provider notification or another documented, approved funding path. Browser return or cancellation pages do not credit wallets.
Refunds, unused balances, loading and spending caps, and any inactivity treatment follow the rules approved for the event. Contact support if a funding or refund status appears incorrect.
Offline payments
Blitza is designed to continue at supported venues when internet access is unreliable. A seller sees payment success only after the local event authority confirms and commits the transaction. Offline, pending, and later-syncing states are expected operating states.
A payer balance shown on a phone may be a cached view. The local event authority remains the source of truth for whether a payment can be committed.
Support and changes
Use the support page for account access, payment questions, refund routing, seller setup, privacy requests, or account deletion. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date.
