Information we use

Blitza processes account contact details, event wallet identifiers, approved seller and device records, wallet balances, payment history, support case records, diagnostics, and payment-provider checkout status needed to provide the service.

Wallet and transaction information stays scoped to the event where it was created. Payer devices receive only their own transaction records and do not receive the event ledger.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, operate event wallets, approve seller devices, process and reconcile payments, provide support, investigate misuse, and meet audit or legal obligations.

Blitza does not make wallet value transferable between events and does not use one event's wallet records to create a balance in another event.

Payment and provider data

Card entry and regulated payment processing happen through the selected payment provider. Blitza receives the provider status and references needed to confirm funding and support reconciliation.

Blitza does not ask for or store seller bank account holder names, bank names, account numbers, account last-four digits, branch codes, card numbers, CVVs, or freeform payout instructions.

Retention and deletion

You can request account deletion from the public account deletion page or from Settings in a Blitza app. Personal information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified after the request and account authority are verified.

Some ledger, payment, audit, settlement, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, and regulatory records may need to be retained, minimized, de-identified, or access-restricted instead of erased immediately. Retained ledger records are not used to make value portable across events.

Your choices and requests

Use the support page to ask about access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal, or a privacy concern. To close an account, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
